Participating in Puerta abierta was such an enriching experience, I was enlightened in so many areas of financial literacy that I was always very unfamiliar with. It was a comfortable space where I could grow with others who experienced similar emotions of insecurity when it came to our knowledge on basic financial aspects, and where we knew the instructor had our best interests at heart. I felt inspired and motivated throughout the course, I felt like I held myself accountable on diving deeper into ‘what and how’ what credit was and how it worked, or what budgeting can do for you and how to get started. From there I felt inspired and motivated to keep learning for myself and for my future.
